Refund Policy

At CVAlchemy, we take pride in offering personalized services and digital products crafted with care and intention. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable once services have begun, or digital files have been delivered.

Sessions
Payments for consultations or design sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

Digital Products
Digital items such as resume templates, cover letters, and branding assets are delivered electronically and cannot be returned. All sales are final.

Custom Services
Custom design services—such as resume writing, business card design, or logo creation—are based on client-provided information and are non-refundable once the project has started. If you are unsatisfied with your final product, we offer a limited revision process to address reasonable concerns.
